1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bajje vip website at bajje-vip.com, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms that may apply to offers you opt into.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Own funds only: Players may only deposit funds that belong to them personally. Use of payment methods registered in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Initiating a withdrawal request while active bonus terms remain outstanding will, in some cases, result in the bonus being forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. bajje vip reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, geographic regions, or payment methods.
• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly marked "no wagering", all bonus amounts and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. bajje vip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the point of amendment will generally be permitted to complete that promotion under its original terms, unless the amendment is necessitated by regulatory or legal requirements.

6 Prohibited Conduct

bajje vip maintains the integrity of its platform for the benefit of all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies as appropriate:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the bajje vip platform.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment method credentials to fund an account. Initiating unjustified chargebacks on genuine deposits.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Either the player or bajje vip may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions described in this section.

Voluntary closure by the player: If you wish to close your bajje vip account, contact the support team via live chat or email. Before closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Accounts with an outstanding bonus balance at the time of voluntary closure will have that bonus forfeited. Account closure requests submitted while a responsible gaming self-exclusion is appropriate will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy.

Closure or suspension by bajje vip: bajje vip reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons (list is illustrative, not exhaustive):

• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player has a duplicate account on the platform.
• A requirement under applicable law, regulation, or a direction from a relevant authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive; accounts dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, bajje vip reserves the right to withhold any or all of the player's balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit that balance. Where a closure is administrative or precautionary and no breach is confirmed, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Limitation of Liability

bajje vip provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous, error-free operation, bajje vip does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance windows.

• Game outcomes: bajje vip is not liable for any loss arising from a player's gambling decisions. Game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation and are not subject to manipulation by the platform.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round — including disconnection during a live casino hand — bajje vip will make a reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bajje vip's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bajje vip's internal complaints process should be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism. bajje vip commits to engaging in good faith with any formal dispute raised by a registered player.
